The bottoms have their signature GRIP-TECH outsole which not only make for a softer step but keep you from slipping on click surfaces like hardwood floors. These shoes fit true to size which make it easier for online ordering. I'm usually a size 6 and ordered a size 6 in these red flats and they fit really well. I have plenty of room in the toe area and my heel doesn't really rub on the back of the shoe."
